Jelly Belly!!

Happy April Fool's Day!
or Happy Birthday Uncle Mike!

Today we went up to Pleasant Prairie, WI for the Jelly Belly Factory tour with Grandma and Grandpa Warren! We took a 20min(*free) train ride through the warehouse learning all about the history, process and distribution of Jelly Belly products (mostly the Jelly Beans). It was mandatory to wear the ever fashionable Jelly Belly hats on the train ride tour... and it ended with a free bag of JellyBelly Beans (one of each 50 flavors). Then we were off to the JellyBelly store - dangerous place! We now have WAY too many jelly beans for Easter. We thought the girls would LOVE jelly beans... and they did, the first 3 they tried anyways. Then Signe tried a Cappuccino jelly bean and she no longer wanted anymore and Linnea tried a licorice and was done for - declaring jelly beans as 'yucky'. Fabulous, we have TONS of jelly beans for Easter. Who wants some??
It was fun though. Dan and I enjoyed trying the 7up Jelly Bean (deliciously similar to the drink) and I loved the Orange Crush Jelly Bean... Root beer was popular among us adults... as were the usual suspects of cinnamon, licorice, cherry, watermelon and tutti-frutti to name a few! There is a new flavor coming out soon - Pomegranate! Can't wait to try it. Until then Dan bought some of the SPORT beans - sort of like an energy bean. Sounds terrible to me... you'd think the amount of sugar per bean was enough. But NOPE - Dan wanted the caffeine infused bean!
